Paste the subject and body of a cold email before you send it. The checker flags the things that push first-contact emails into spam and tells you how to fix them.
What the checker looks for
It reads your draft the way a spam filter and a busy recipient would. It checks the subject for length, capital letters, exclamation marks and fake Re: prefixes, scans for common spam-trigger phrases, spots merge tags that were never filled in such as {{first_name}}, counts links and flags link shorteners, and looks for heavy HTML, a very short or very long body, a missing question and a missing way to opt out.
The result is a score out of 100 with each problem explained in plain language, so you can fix the draft rather than guess.
A good email still needs a good list
Even a perfect email lands in spam if too many of its recipients bounce. Sending to addresses that do not exist damages your sender reputation quickly, which is why cold email senders verify the list first. MailSure checks every address on a CSV and tells you which are safe to send to.

- Is my email stored?
- No. The draft is checked and discarded. For paying customers who ask for the written review, the text is sent to our AI provider to produce it and is not kept by us.
- Does a high score guarantee inbox placement?
- No. Placement also depends on your domain's SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup, your sending history and the quality of your list. The score only covers what is in the draft.
- Is this tool free?
- Yes, the checks and the score are free with no signup. The written review is included with any paid plan or credit pack.
