Can I try it for free?
Yes. Every account gets 100 free verifications each month, with no credit card required. The checker above also works without an account.
How are credits counted?
One credit per address verified. Malformed addresses, duplicates inside an uploaded list and results we can't reach a verdict on (unknown) are never billed, and a cancelled list is refunded for the rows that were not checked.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time. There are no contracts and no hidden fees.
Do I need a subscription?
No. You can buy credit packs once and use them whenever: they never expire. Subscriptions are cheaper per verification if you verify every month.
What does “valid” mean?
That the address is well formed and its domain has working mail servers. Where the receiving server allows it, we also confirm the mailbox itself. The result tells you which.
